ECMSI and Flynn's closed out their 2009 season with a bang. Superb defense and some big hits highlighted the second half this back-2-back games by these teams. Apparently, being a visitor in this matchup is the advantage. ECMSI played a slow steady grinding game against the short-handed Flynn's to secure the #1 seed. ECMSI was lead at the plate by Kole Kasic going 4/4 with 4 RBI's and a first inning dinger. He also drove home the deciding run in the top of the 6th while earning his second game ball of the season. To round out his game, he made an awesome stop over second base to end the 5th. King(4RBI) was 4/4 as well. Bender(2RBI) was 3/3 with the second team homer and made a sick catch at second to freeze out the 2nd inning. Russo(RBI) was 3/4. Kolin Learn(RBI), Kimble and Rader were also 2/3. Flynn's also had their strong performers today. Pitko(RBI) was 3/3. Brooks(2RBI), Leskovac(2RBI) and Hoffman(RBI) were all 2/3. Tommy Leskovac made an outstanding catch at pitcher on a line drive. Great game boys and nice job to all the teams on their '09 regular season. Good luck to all in the playoffs.

It was a close game to end the regular season. Big hitters for Aqua were Blake Kusky, who went 4 - 4 with a home run; Blake Jeffries and Garrett Gaca, who each had three hits, and Blake Jeffries had 2 home runs.  For Dunkin Donuts, Devin Higginbottham went 5 - 5; and John Marshall and Christian Myers each had 4 hits.  Good luck to both teams in the upcoming playoffs.

Kalra's Jessie Vuletich has a great game.  3/3 and a makes a double play and tag to make all three outs. That's awesome!. Bats were on fire with everyone hitting for both teams.

WHAT A GAME! Flynn's bats are hot as they jump out to an early 7-0 lead after one. ECMSI's bats come alive in the second as they put up 7 making the score 10-7 Flynns after two. Flynns puts up 3 while ECMSI scores one in the third and 4 in the fourth making the score 13-12 Flynns after four innings. Flynns scores 4 in the fifth and then goes on to hold the heart of ECMSI's order scoreless. Flynns adds 4 more in the top of the 6th to go on for the win. Too many names to mention as this was a great team effort by both squads. Rubber match between these two teams on Sunday should be another thriller. Both teams are looking forward to the playoffs which are shaping up to be real exciting.

Good Game Michael Johns, Kenny Misik, Chrisitian Davis and Jordan Vaught led A&C at the plate. Blake Kusky and Blake Jeffries led Aqua with big days.

Another great game. For Robert Senn Cameron Ashley got things started with a lead off solo shot to center field and he ended with 5 hits total. Justin Learn added 5 hits, while Andrew Kluchar, Chris Jordan, Ryan Kopcial, and Chris Gilles had 4 belts. Dunkin kept things tight. Led by Christian Myers 3 run blast to left field in the 1st inning, he also ended with 5 hits in the game. Nick Turner, Seth Harper, and Anthony Fossesca did their best by each slamming 4 hits in the game.

The dreary weather could not damper the spirits of these two ball clubs. In a see-saw battle, Armstrong posted 7 runs in the top half of the sixth to take the lead. Atway/Cochran rallied with four of their own in the bottom of the sixth but came up short. Leading "Big Blue" at the plate was Robby Marek going three for three with a double and 3 runs scored, and amazing defensive efforts throughout the game. Joshua Corll added a home run and had 4 RBI. Armstrong finishes the season flying high, ready for the play-offs. Leading Atway/Cochran at the plate were Christian Davis and Kenny Misik with home runs and Michael Johns going four-for-four with 4 runs scored. Excellent defense was turned in by Misik and Johns. Good luck to both teams!

Heat, humidity and lots of hits. Robert Senn started slow but had a huge 4th inning putting up 6 runs but it wasn't enough in the end. ECMSI put on a batting clinic with everyone reaching base at least twice. Stone Bender was tops tonight hitting the cycle and going 4/4 with 4 RBI's and a homer earning him his second game ball of the year. Not to be outdone, Russo(2RBI), Klasic(4RBI) and Kimble((RBI) were all 4/4. Ohl and Andino(2RBI) were both 3/3. King(3RBI), Konnor Learn(2RBI), Kolin Learn(3RBI) and Leif(2RBI) were all 3/4. Rader and Bernard each added 2 hits. Head-up play by Russo at pitcher tagging out the running going home. Robert Senn had their hitters as well. Tyler Purnell was a monster going 3/3 with 4RBI's and a GRAND SLAM!! Gilles and Ashley(RBI) were also 3/3. Kluchar, Coleman and Jordan(RBI) were also 2/2. Great job boys. Hopefully everyone saved some hits for the playoffs.

Dunkin's players showed some real heart and determination tonight despite the score. Nick (3/3), Christian (3/3), Mateo (2/2) and Jacob (2/2) led the way for Dunkin. Thomas Pitko spearheads a triple play in the third inning for Flynn's Tire. Also playing well for Flynns were; Andrew Bretsik, Tyler Lantz, David Hoffman, Robert Stoy and Gavin Umbel.

Kalra's bats begin to hit to win the game

A real nail biter here as Atway and Cochran came within 1 run of tying the game in the top of the sixth inning. Playing tough for the black team were; Ethan Cochran (2/4), Michael Johns (2/4), Kenny Misik (3/4), Xander Miles (4/4) and Christian Davis (3/4). Leading the way for Flynn's Tire were; Chris Brooks (4/4, HR), Thomas Pitko (4/4, HR), David Klasovsky (2/3), Nathan Leskovac (3/3), Ethan Scalzo (2/3) and Gavin Umbel (2/3).

Both Teams played defense. Nick Belcik has a great 3rd inning, double play and then makes the third out. Hey, Nick can someone else make a play! Bases loaded and Casey Bokesch makes an awesome catch in center field to save a possible sweep of the bases. Aqua ohio's gloves were hot. Watch out for their infield. They all had fantastic catches. Bats were swinging for both teams tonite..

Nice game by both teams. Ethan Cochran and Tyler Bashaw go 4-4. Michael Johns, Kenny Misik and Zander Miles go 3-4 and drive in the runs. Ryan Kopicial led Senn at the plate and made some great plays in the field.

No Game Summary.

It was a wild one on number two! The lead changed hands virtually every inning as both teams refused to yield. In the end, Armstrong fierce offense and tenacious defense in the sixth inning gave the "Blue Bombers" their fourth win in a row. Leading Armstrong at the plate were: Noah Gay, Brennan Banko, Tyler Jaros, Sammy Warg, and Robby Marek with 4 hits and three runs scored. In the decisive sixth inning, Armstrong was helped by three HUGE hits by Chris Jones, Ethan Paonessa and Joshua Corll.  Modern Optical was led by: Dinard, Knox, Bucci, Piccolli, and Pappagallo with three runs scored each.

ECMSI bounced back from their first loss of the season by defeating Dunkin Donuts 21-9. With coaches on the DL, ECMSI went to the bull pen and brought in their southpaw, Coach G who finished strong after a shaky start (8 K's). Both teams played hard but in the end ECMSI would not be denied. The Vipers were lead by Russo going 4/4 with a homer and 4 RBI's and Klasic 4/4, HR and 3 RBI's. Bender(3RBI) also added a HR. Andino(RBI) was also 4/4. King(3RBI) and Konnor Lear were both 3/4. Kimble(2RBI) and Ohl were both 3/3 with Bernard and Rader going 2/3 earning Rader his second game ball of the year. Bender in the 3rd was credited for an inning ending unassisted double play. Dunkin was lead by Lucas(2RBI) going 3/3 and Devin(RBI), Nick(RBI) both going 2/2. Jon, Anthony(2RBI) and Matt were all 2/3. Great game boys.

Armstrong and Aqua Ohio squared off for the second time this season. Aqua jumped out to an early lead but Armstrong came roaring back in this very competitive hard fought battle. Robby Marek's home run in the third inning provided the spark that Armstrong needed to catch fire. Marek also added a triple, two singles and 4 runs scored en route to earning the game ball. Other offensive standouts were: Brennan Banko 4 runs scored, and Ethan Paonessa with three runs scored. Outstanding defensive efforts by Sammy Warg and Chris Jones helped seal the victory.  The much improved Aqua Ohio squad was paced by Nate (3 runs scored), Blake K (4 runs scored) and Blake J (3 runs scored). Best of luck to both teams heading into the play-offs.

Exciting game that went down to bottom of last inning... great game by all the kids on both teams!

Wow! Excellent game. A&C is led by Ethan Cochran 4-4, Michael Johns 3-4, Kenny Misik 4-4 and Jordan Vaught 3-4. Kenny Misik pounded the ball all day. Great defense by Misik, Johns and Cochran, in fact, the whole team. ECMI was led by Stone Bender and Cole Klasic at the plate and in the field.

The score doesn't show the awesome players on the Dunkin Donuts team. Seth, Jon, Matt and Lucas can hit. Everyone gets a hit for Kalra.

Flynn's trails Aqua by 2 runs going into the bottom of the sixth inning. Chris Brooks steps to the plate and smacks a double. Thomas Pitko at bat now and he sends one over the outfielder's heads for a game tying 2 - run home run. Tommy Leskovac steps in and he sends one over the outfielder's heads as well for a triple. David Hoffman up and he singles to the left side to drive in the winning run. Great game and a lot of fun by both teams. Aqua was led by; Blake Jeffries (4/4 - 2 doubles), Blake Kusky (4/4 -double, home run) and Garrett Gaca (3/4).

Empty out the ball bucket coaches. Game balls for everone!!! ECMSI had the hitters when they needed them. Russo(RBI), Konnor Learn(RBI) and Kolin Learn(3RBI) were all 3/3. King, Bender(3RBI), Klasic(3RBI, HR) and Kimble were all 2/3 on the day. Bender chases a deep pop-up from 1st base and makes an out then contributes with Andino for a 1-5 DP in the 6th to help secure the win on defense. King makes an awesome backhanded stop for the 4-6 force out to Klasic in the 3rd inning. Kalra was big on the day as well. Eric(RBI) and Nick B(RBI) were 3/3 on the day. Pat, Casey(RBI), Damien(RBI), Jessie and Nick R were all 2/3 at the plate. In the 3rd inning, Klasic scalds one to the outfield and Bokesch makes a spectacular catch in LC field denying him of a potential 3 run homer. Awesome play!!! Great game fellas. I can't wait till the next one.

Hitting stars for Aqua were Nate Goleno who had 3 hits including a triple; Blake Kusky with 4 hits; and Chris Hack and Nick Koebel each with 3 hits. Outstanding fielding performances for Aqua were noted for Nate Goleno and Ross Linert. For Robert Senn, Andrew and Chris each had 2 hits.

Great defensive game by Flynn's Tire to hold a tough Modern Optical to 3 runs. Tyler Lantz, Thomas Pitko, David Klasovsky, Robert Stoy, Connor and Ethan Scalzo had the bats going to help knock in the runs for Flynn's. Tough playing by Caleb Bucci, Colgan Knox, Dylan G. and David S. for Modern Optical. A fun time was had by all on a great night for baseball.

Lots of hits in this game and great defense as well. ECMSI had a monster day at the plate with Russo(RBI), King(2RBI) and Klasic(4RBI) all going 3/3 and each with a homer. Bender(3RBI,3Tripples), Konner Learn(RBI) and Koling Learn were all 3/3 as well. Andino rounded off the hitting going 2/3 with a RBI. Ohl had his best day hitting of the year almost taking off my head TWICE!! and earned the game ball. Modern Optical was lead by David K(RBI) and Coleman both going 3/3. Jeff(2RBI), David S(RBI), Matt(RBI) and Caleb(RBI) were all 2/3. Great defensive stop by Colgan at the mound in the 2nd inning.  Lots of excitement in this one. Great game boys!!!

Flynn's has awesome hitters. Chris 5/5 with all being doubles. Thomas has not one but two homeruns in the game. Andrew, Tyler, David H 4/5 and David K 4/4 and Tommy was 3/5. This team can make double plays too. Watch out!

Pacing Aqua in the win were Blake Kusky and Ryan Fronzaglio, who each had 4 hits, and Nate Goleno had 3 hits. Ross Linert had 3 hits including a triple that scored 3 runs. For Dunkin Donuts, Gavin, Seth, Devin, Matt and Alex all had nice hits.

What a slug-fest! Armstrong Cable was able to overcome an early deficit in defeating Robert Senn Studio. Senn jumped out to a quick 6 run lead in the first and was up 4 runs after three innings. Ryan Kopical and Andrew Siembieda led the charge for Senn. Armstrong posted 8 runs in the 4th, 8 in the fifth and another 6 in the sixth en route to their fifth win of the season. Armstrong was led at the plate once again by Noah Gay (5-5, 5 runs scored, with a triple), Joe Remish (home run, 4 rbi), and Brennan Banko, (4-4 3 RBI, 4 runs scored). Great job by both teams!

Kolin Learn and Kimble were also 2/3. Lief Walters has 2 very strong hits and drove in runs and earned the ECMSI game ball. From Aqua Ryan, Garrett, Nate, Blake, Chris and Ross all had 2 hits each with Chris and Ross both perfect going 2/2. Nice job boys. Keep on swinging.

Armstrong Cable posted their fourth win of the season by defeating Dunkin Donuts 25-11. Leading Armstrong at the plate was Noah Gay (4-4, Home run, 4 runs scored), Brennan Banko (4-4, 4 runs scored), Joe Remish, Grand Slam. Everyone in the line-up scored at least one time in the balanced offensive attack. For Dunkin Donuts, Jon, Christian Myers, and Jacob Shood scored two runs each. Jacob Shood also had an excellent defensive play.

What a first inning. Patrick A. from Kalra and Kenny M from Atway hits a homerun.  Two really good teams with great ball players.

Great game. Ties up 12-12 going into the 6th. Kenny Misik drove in the winning runs for A&C. Misik & Cochran teamed up for a double play. Colgan Knox had a big day athe plate and turned a double play for Modern Optical.

Aqua played a great game. A&C bats came alive in the 3rd inning. Tyler Bashaw hit his first HR of the year. Blake Jeffires had a good day at the plate and in the field for Aqua.

What a game. Two good teams fighting for the win. First three innings, Modern Optical winning 2-0.   David S with a double and Dylan M with a homerun. Then Kalra's bats started and Eric B with a double and homerun to win the game.

Hitting for Kalra Patrick A, Casey B is 4/5.  Belcik, Damien M is 5/5 and Eric B with a homerun too.  Garrett M, Jonathen M, and Jessie V with a homerun and also had a double play.  Nick R is 3/4.  Aqua can hit too. Nate G and Blake J and Ross L. is 3/4.

A fun time was had by both teams tonight at Libbee Field with a lot of hitting going on. Atway & Cochran was paced by Xander Miles (3/4), Michael Johns (3/4), Tyler Bashaw (3/4) and Christian Davis (4/4). For Flynn's great play by: David Hoffman (3/4), Nathan Leskovac (4/4), Robert Stoy (3/4) and Tyler Lantz (3/4). Great game! The next meeting between these two teams should be equally exciting.

Armstrong players are awesome, with Banko, Jaros, Corll Benkenyi, Paeonessa hitting 2 for 2.  Everyone hits for Kalra with Eric Basista 4/4. Bokesch, Fleischer 3/4.  Belcik with another home run and 3/3.  Murphy twins both 3/3 along with Garrett, Vuletich, Rich.

Friday night under the lights and the game didn't disappoint.  Robert Senn won with a bottom of the 6th first pitch walk off Home run by Tyler "The Beast" Purnell who also had 4 hits.  In the 3rd inning it was Chris Gilles who tagged a 3 run blast to tie the game at 7.  Andrew Kluchar had 4 hits.  Chris Jordan and Marc Judy added 3 hits each.  Dunkin Donuts flexed their muscles as well.  Anthony Fossesca and Jon Marshall ripped 4 hits, while Gavin Porter, Matt Krawick, C. Myers, Seth Harper all had 3 hits.

At the half way point of the season ECMSI extended their record to 10-0 by edging out Roberts Senn, 23-11. From ECMSI, Klasic was once again tops going 4/4, HR and 4 RBI's. Also going 4/4 were Russo, King(3RBI) and Bender(2RBI). Konnor Learn(5RBI), Kimble(2RBI) and Bernard(3RBI) were all 3/3. King earned the game ball for his big day as he celebrated his birthday. Great defensive 1-4 double play in the 2nd inning by ECMSI. Roberts Senn also brought the bats with Tyler(3RBI) and Cameron(2RBI) going 3/3. Chris(2RBI), Marc(RBI), Patrick, Andrew(2RBI) and Chris(#2) were all 2/3 with Andrew(#7) going 2/2 with an RBI. Fun was had by all and smiles were shared in the pavilion. Great game boys.

A great game by 2 hard hitting teams tonight here at Champs Field on a beautiful night for baseball with Flynn's coming out on top.  Flynn's was highlighted by Chris Briooks' grand slam home run in the top of the 5th inning.  Also contributing for Flynn's was: Andrew Bretsik (3/4), Tyler Lantz (4/4) and Thomas Pitko (4/4). For Kalra great play by: Pat Alexander (2/3), Eric Basista (2/3 - Home Run), Nicholas Belcik (3/3) and Damien and Jonathan Murphy (each 2/3).

Lots of big hitting in this one as both teams had batters with perfect hitting on the day. ECMSI jumped out to a 7-0 lead after 2 innings but Dunkin had a 6 run 3rd inning to make things interesting. ECMSI caught heat and finished the game with a score of 18-7. ECMSI was lead by Bender and Klasic. Both players were studs, going 4/4 with a HR and 4 RBI's each! King was 4/4, Kimble was 3/3(RBI) and Andino(3RBI) and Kolin Learn(2RBI) were 3/4 with Learn earning the game ball for his big time hits and great defensive play. Dunkin was not to be outdone as Matt was 3/3(3RBI), Gavin 3/3(3RBI) and Jon was 3/3. Nick was also perfect going 2/2. Seth and Jacob each were 2/3. Great game kids and good luck.

The evening air was about the only thing cool in this game as both teams scorched the score card. Both teams played close through the entire game but it was the final two defensive innings for ECMSI that were the difference. ECMSI was lead by Stone Bender going 4/4 with 5 RBI's and an HR. Also going 4/4 were King, Klasic(3RBI) and Konnor Learn(3RBI). Konnor earned the game ball with his huge day at the plate. Russo and Andino(3RBI) were 3/4 while Kimble and Bernard were 2/3. Klasic had a huge 6th inning defensively with an unassisted Double Play at 1st base. From Atway & Cochran, Misik was an impressive 4/4 with 4RBI's and Johns was 4/4. Cochran went 3/4(RBI) and Davis was 3/3(RBI). Bashaw, Scraggs and Porter(RBI) were all 2/3. Johns made a sick catch at SS in 1st inning (we are still waiting on the blood test results). This game was as exciting as you could ask for and both teams played their hearts out. Congrats to both teams.

Modern Optical started out with 4 runs in the 1st inning as Jeff, Dave, Colgan and Dillon B. crossed the plate. The bottom of the first was highlighted by a Thomas Pitko 3 run home run that gave Flynn's Tire the lead after the first inning. With the score tied 5-5 after 2 1/2 innings Flynn's players Thomas Pitko, Tommy Leskovac, Chris Brooks and Nathan Leskovac each scored. Flynns added 5 more in the fourth while Modern answered in the 5th with 4 of their own. Flynns held them off in the top of the 6th to go on for the win. Great game by both teams.

Armstrong picked up its third win by defeating Aqua Ohio 12-2. Amazing plays by Tyler Jaros, Alex Berkenyi, and Sammy Warg led the Armstrong defense to three scoreless innings.  The offense exploded for 6 runs in the third and never looked back. Sammy Warg went 3 for 3 and scored three times.  Chris and Nick scored for Aqua Ohio and Blake had a great hit.

Kalra's bats are hot.  Everyone gets a hit.  Bokesch, Basista, Garrett hits a double with Belcik hitting a double and triple.  For Dunkin, Marshall, Myers, Harper, Miller, Shood, Turner, and Higginbottham showed that you can't stop them for from getting a hit.   Double play started the game by Dunkin, so attention all teams: "Watch out they will get you!!!

You say you like great baseball with great weather? This one had it. Do you love power hitting and game changing defensive plays? Plenty of that too. In a game for the 7-8 boys division lead, this game had everything you could ask for. Kalra jumped out to an 3-11 lead after 2 innings but ECMSI blanked Kalra in 3 of the next 4 innings and woke the bats up to tie the game and score the winning run in the bottom of the 6th. Bender lead ECMSI in hitting going 3/3 with 2RBI's and a HR. He also combined with Russo on a 1-3 double play while earning him the game ball. Klasic was also 3/3(RBI) and a HR. Russo went 4/4 and King 3/4(RBI). Andino(2RBI), Kolin Learn and Kimble(3RBI) were all 3/3. Kalra too had their power hitters. Basista had a huge night going 3/3 with 6RBI's and a HR. Casey B, Damien(RBI) and Nick B all went 3/3. Garrett M(2RBI), Jessie V and Caleb all went 2/3. This game was an instant classic and there should be some great drama in the next meeting. Great game kids.

Great play by Tyler Lantz (5/5), Robert Stoy (4/5), David Klasovsky (4/5), Connor Scalzo (4/5) and Chris Brooks (5/5 - Home Run) for Flynn's. While Aqua had graet play by Nate G. (5/5), Chris (4/4), Blake Jefferies (3/4 - 2 Home Runs) and Nick (4/4).

Jordan Vaught, Michael Johns, Kenny Misik, Zander Miles, Jon Long and Bret Porter are perfect at the plate. Christian Davis drives in the runs. Dunkin Donuts played a good game and everyone enjoyed a game under the lights at Libbee.

Modern Optical's Knox was tops going 4/4 with 4 RBI's and a HR.. Going 3/4 were Dinard(2RBI), Miskell(2RBI), Kollar(RBI) and Bucci(RBI). This was an excellent game with both teams showing that they can play on both sides of the ball. Good luck kids.

Armstrong Cable posted its second win of the season 22-11. Armstrong was led at the plate by Tyler Jaros going 4-4 with 5 RBI. The entire Armstrong line-up batted .934 on the evening. The 101% game ball was awarded to Colton Basile for outstanding effort. Robert Senn was led at the plate by Coleman and Siembieda and Coleman with three runs scored. Outstanding defense was played by Purnell. Excellent Job guys!

It was a slugfest from the start!  Pacing Aqua was Nate Galeno and Chris Hack who had 4 hits each. Also contributing 3 hits each were Ryan Fronzagilio, Blake Kusky and Blake Jeffries. Windy day - hats were chased down as much as ground balls. Fun game for all the kids on both sides at all positions played.

Let's Play ball on a windy Saturday afternoon. Everyone had a good game! Robert Senn winning in the second inning 5-4. Kalra's bats start flying and away the ball goes. But, watch out teams those Robert Senn boys can swing and score too.

The rain didn't stop the fun as Flynn's faced off against a short-handed Armstrong Cable team Saturday night under the lights at Libbee Field. Outstanding play by Tyler Lantz (3/4), Robert Stoy (3/4), Nathan Leskovac (4/4), David Klasovsky (3/3), Gavin Umbel (2/3) and Ethan Scalzo (2/3) helped Flynns. While Armstrong Cable's Tyler Jaros (4/5), Robby Marek (4/5), Mathew (5/5), Chris (4/5) and Joshua (3/5) helped Armstrong. Great defense was played by Tyler Lantz and Robby Marek for their respective teams.

A great game was played by all on this chilly Friday night at Champ Field with Flynn's Tire coming out ahead. For Flynns Andrew Bretsik, Tommy Leskovac and Thomas Pitko each went 5/5 while Chris Brooks, David Hoffman and Connor Scalzo all went 4/5. For Robert Senn Judy, Ashley and Patrick Coleman went 3/3 while Nick Ring and Andrew Kluchar went 2/3. Great defense was played by Chris Brooks (Flynns) and Andrew Siembieda (Robert Senn).

The bats were alive on a dreary Friday evening. Armstrong posted 8 in the first, third and sixth en route to their first win of the season. Pacing Armstrong at the plate were Noah Gay going 5 for 5 and four runs scored, Alex Berkenyi 4 for 4 with 4 runs scored and Colton Basile 4 for 4. Everyone in the line-up scored at least twice in the evenly balanced attack. Leading hitters for Dunkin' Donuts included: Christian, Matt, Jon, and Alex. Great Job Guys!

This game was a mudfest but both teams were eager to play their best in thier Libbee night debutes. Both teams had power hitting and outstanding defensive plays but in the end ESMCI held off the Aqua Ohio charge and improve to 5-0 on the season. Klasic lead ECMSI at the plate going 3/3 with 3 RBI's. Bender was also 3/3. Russo(RBI), King(RBI), Konnor Learn(2RBI), Kolin Learn, Walters(RBI) and Kimble(3RBI's) were all 2/3. Dante Bernard earned the game ball with his clutch 5th inning hit driving in 2 runs. Aqua Ohio was equally impressive at the plate lead by Blake Jeffries going 3/3 with 3 RBI's. Ryan and Blake K also were 3/3 on the night. Great game boys and way to get this one in before the skies opened up.

Christian Davis with another long ball. Kobe Scragg goes 3-4. Etahn Cochran leads off going 4-5. Kenny Misik drives in the runs going 4-4. Blake Jeffries leads Aqua Ohio going 3-3 and racking up the RBI.

ECMSI and Armstong Cable met for the second time in 9 days. ECMSI came out strong and both teams finished strong with ECMSI getting the decision at a score of 14-3. At the plate, ECMSI was lead by Bender (6RBI's) and Klasic (3RBI's, HR) going 3/3 each. Also going 3/3 were Russo and Andino(RBI). King, Konnor Learn and Kolin Learn(3RBI) were all 2/3. Nico Andino earned the ECMSI gameball with his impressive batting day and also accounting for 2 outs at 3rd base in the 3rd inning. Armstrong cable was also strong at the plate with Noah, Brennen, Chris(RBI) and Matt all going 2/2. Great game kids. Keep swinging!!!

Everyone gets a hit under the lights. With 3 hits each for Kalra was Patrick Fleischer, Damien Murphy, Nick Belcik with another homerun, Jessie Vuletich, Jacob Cheeks and Nick Rich. Jonathen Murphy and Caleb Grope both had two hits.  For Modern Optical, Paggagno, stipanovich, Knox, A. Dinard, Miskel and Piccoli had two hits each.

In a come-from-behind win, Aqua Ohio edged out Dunkin Donuts 19-12. Hitting stars for Aqua were Ryan Fronzaglio, who went 4 for 4, and Nate Goleno, Blake Kusky, Blake Jeffries, Nate John and Ross Linert, who each had 3 hits. Making a nice catch in left field for a double play was Geno Marinelli. Big hitters for Dunkin Donuts were Christian with 3 hits, and John, Anthony and Alex, who each had 2 hits each.

Christian Davis hits a long ball and goes 3-3. E-train goes 4-4 and Jon Long gets 3 hits and drives in the runs. Zander Miles, Michael Johns and Kenny Misik also have great days at the plate. Robbie Marek leads Armstrong with a big day at the plate.

Both Teams played a good game. Tied in the bottom of the sixth inning. Here comes extra innings.  Chris H. and Nate G hit 4 for4 of Aqua Ohio. Jessie Vuletich of Kalra hit a double with Nick Belcik with another home run. Jonathen Murphy with a catch behind the plate. But the winning hit came from Casey Bokesch with a triple.

This game was a back and forth battle but in the end ECMSI was victorious with a score of 7-11. Batting from ECMSI was lead by Russo, King(2RBI) and Bender(2RBI) all going 3/3. Klasic(3RBI) and Andino(2RBI) were 2/3 as well. Russo earned the game ball with his impressive hitting and his great defensive effort including contributing to a double play. From Flynn's, Pitko(RBI) and Hoffman(RBI) were both 3/3. Bretsik and Leskovac(RBI) were also 2/3. Good play from both sides on a perfect May evening.

IT WAS A DOG FIGHT through 6 innings, but Robert Senn ended up on top. Robert Senn was led by Marc Judy, Justin Learn, and Ryan Kopcial all with 5 hits. Dunkin Donuts was lead by Matt Krawlic and Anthony Fossesca with 5

ECMSI came out firing with an 8 run 1st and finished the game strong with a final score of 15-5. ECMSI was lead by Stone Bender going 3/3 with 4 RBI's. Also from ECMSI going 3/3 were Russo, King(3RBI), Klasic(3RBI) and Konner Learn(RBI). Kimble was 2/2 with 2RBI's. Thomas Rader earned the game ball with a big hit in the 4th inning. From Armstrong Cable going 2/2 and an RBI were Josh and Alex. Also going 2/3 were Robby and Joe. Great game boys and keep up the good work through the season.

ECMSI and Dunkin Donuts opened their 2009 ACB season with a bang. Both teams showed great promise for the upcoming season. Dunkin jumped out to a 3-2 lead in the first inning but then ECMSI caught fire and pulled away to a final score of 6-17. ECMSI was lead by Kole Klasic going 3-3 with 3RBI's and a HR. Also from ECMSI, Russo(2RBI), King and Kimble(2RBI) were all 3/3. Bender(3RBI) and Andino(RBI) were both 2/3. Bernard(RBI), Walters(2RBI) and Ohl(3RBI) were all 2/2. Brock Kimble earned the game ball for his impressive outing at the plate with 2 Doubles and a Triple as part of his overall game. Dunkin Donuts was lead by Christian(RBI) and Jon(2RBI) going 3/3. Gavin(2RBI) and Lucas were both 2/3 as well. Great game played by both. Good luck to both teams in there upcoming seasons.
