In a game that was called due to the weather after 4 complete innings. Warren Fire outlasted Jeswald Towing 3-0. Not alot of offense due to the fine pitching performances of Heitzer and Williamson for Warren Fire and Kurm and James for Jeswald.

Brilex was led at the plate by Kyle Benyo with a two run shot off the tree in center. Pitching was led by Michael Bianco with 4 strong innings and excellent relief by Kyle Benyo and Aaron Jenkins came into to close out the game. For Buckeye, Eric Kazowski pitched 5 strong innings.

Warren Fire was led by Nick Heitzer with 3 hits, Dante Sanfilippo,Brian Beany,and Collin Williamson with two each. A strong pitching performance was turned in by Cody Luknis who went 4 innings. Brilex was led by, Bianco, Linert,Donchess, and Davis all with one hit.

Superior's Jared Latone started the scoring with a solo HR in the top of the 1st inning. Superior added runs in the 2nd and 3rd on RBI hits by Dante Rossi and Latone. Jeswald cut the lead to 4-3 with 3 runs in the bottom of the 3rd led by Cameron Shaffer's double and a single by Tommy James. Superior responded with a 5-run 4th led by a Rossi double and singles by Shayne Young and John Hintz. James pitched well in relief with bases loaded-and-one out to hold the Superior offense. Each team scored two runs in the 5th to finish the scoring. Jewald's hitting was led by James and Nicholas Tonti with 2 hits each. Rossi batted 3 for 3 as Latone and starting pitcher Kyle Stratton each had 2 hits for Superior.

For Every Day Mart, Patrick Gerberry went 3-3 with 2 triples. Gino Rozzi, Ben Gillespie, Tex Martin, and Desmond Gray each had 2 hits a piece. For Buckeye, C.J. Schumacher pitched 3 2/3 innings with 5 strikeouts. Hitting for Buckeye, C.J. Schumacher had 2 hits, Joe Ciarniello and Michael Rozzi had 1 hit each.

This was another well played game by both teams. Tommy James hit 2 home runs and Jordan Kurm got one himeself. However they could not overcome a four run first inning by D Hall.  Don Hall got great pitching from Noah Suchora, Ben Nishimura and Scott Pierce to close out the game.

Brilex took an early 3-1 lead in the 1st highlighted by a Seth Donchess double. A 2-run RBI single by John Hintz and a Jared Kapturasky grand slam HR to left led Superior to an 11-run 2nd inning. Brilex responded with 4 runs in the 3rd to cut the lead to 12-7. Kapturasky batted 3 for 3 as he added a 2-run HR in the 4th and pitched well in relief over the final two innings to preserve the win. Brilex's offense was led by Michael Bianco, Anthony Linert and Donchess with two hits each. Superior's Kyle Stratton and Shane Dillon also had two hits.

The continuation of a hard fought game that was suspended on 5/7/09 after 7 innings. On 5/7/09, Brilex and starting pitcher Aaron Jenkins took an early 5-0 lead after three innings highlighted by Kyle Benyo's 2-run homer in the 1st and singles by Michael Bianco, Anthony Linert and Jenkins in the 3rd. Superior's Dylan Latone pitched well in relief to allow Superior to mount a comeback including a 3-run 6th inning to take a one run lead. Latone also had a good night at the plate as he and Shane Dillon led Superior with two hits each. Brilex sent the game into extra innings on a clutch two-out hit by Chance Rich in the bottom of the 6th. Both teams went scoreless in the 7th inning as the game ended that night as Benyo hit a towering fly ball that was caught just short of the center field fence by John Hintz for the final out. On 5/23/09, Superior's Jared Kapturasky scored on Jared Latone's RBI single in the top of the 8th. Brilex tied the game when Justyn Madick scored and won the game on a RBI single by Austin Gay scoring Scott Davis who doubled.

Michael Bianco pitched 4 scoreless innings and hit a home run along w/ Kyle Benyo. But this was not enough as Don Hall scored 6 runs in the sixth inning to sqeek out the win.

A double by Tex Martin and singles by Patrick Gerberry, Ben Gillespie, and Desmond Gray provided Every Day Mart with 6 runs in the 1st. Every Day Mart's Gino Rozzi held Superior to 3 runs over 4 innings. John Hintz and Jared Kapturasky pitched well in relief for Superior, combining to limit Every Day Mart to 2 hits - singles by Gray and Scotty Duffy . Dylan Latone and Kapturasky led the Superior offense as each batted 3 for 3 and scored 2 runs. Jared Latone also had 3 hits, including a HR to left in the 3rd. Shane Dillon hit a double and a single for Superior, while Matt Rozic added a double and Hintz a triple.

Buckeye Recovery scored two early runs following hits from Craig Schumacher and Joe Ciarniello. Superior's Jared Kapturasky hit a 2-run HR in the bottom of the 1st to take the lead 3-2. Kyle Stratton collected two RBI singles on the night for Superior and John Ranalli added a triple. Phil Socha and Eric Kaszowski each singled for Buckeye. Matt Rozic's RBI single scored Shayne Young to provide Superior with an insurance run in the bottom of the 5th . The pitching was tough as each team recorded 11 K's. Stratton, John Hintz and Kapturasky combined on a 4-hitter for Superior while Buckeye's Michael Rozzi, Kaszowski and Schumacher yielded only five hits.

High scoring affair for both teams.  Brilex was led by Scott Davis with a 3 run homer. Aaron Jenkins had a double and single as well as pitching 3 innings of 1 run baseball.   Kyle Benyo added 4 RBI's.   For Jeswald, JD Vaught homered and drove in 3 runs.

Superior's John Hintz and Jared Latone each collected 3 hits including Latone's home run to right center in the 5th. Matt Rozic and Jared Kapturasky had 2 hits and scored 2 runs each for Superior. Superior's Kyle Stratton and Dylan Latone also scored a pair of runs. Warren Fire Equipment was led by a pair of doubles by Nick Heitzer and two singles by Jeremy Shaughnessy. Hintz surrendered one run over three innings with Stratton and Kapturasky finishing in relief. Cody Luknis and Jordon Peterson combined to record 8 K's for Warren Fire Equipment.

This was one of the best LL game played. It took 10 innings to decide the winner. Brian Beany, Colin Wiiliamson, Scott Pierce and Noah Suchora pitched 9 complete innings giving up 1 run for both teams. In the top on the 10 Don Hall broke the tie with back to back home runs by Suchora and Pierce. Warren Fire got one run back int he 10th but that was not enough. Both teams can be proud of the game that they played.

A fine, error-less game played by both teams. Superior took an early 1-0 lead in the 2nd when Shane Dillon scored on a Shayne Young RBI single. Don Hall regained the lead in the 4th on a towering, 3-run home run to left by Scott Pierce. The pitching of Dominic DiFrancesco and Ben Nishimura for Don Hall held Superior down for the first five innings. Superior took the lead in the top of the 6th with three runs on doubles by Dylan Latone (2-2) and Dante Rossi. Jared Latone also had a pair of hits for Superior. Jared Kapturasky pitched the final three innings in relief for the win.

For Brilex, Seth Donchess came through with a clutch two single to tie the game at three and eventually scored the game winning run. Michael Bianco and Aaron Jenkins combined for the win. For Buckeye Recovery, Phil Socha 5 strong innings, giving up only one run.

This was opening day for both teams. Warren Fire jumped out to a quick 6-1 advantage after the 1st inning only to see Don Hall tie the game after 6 complete. Both teams battled into the 8th inning with Warren Fire scoring 2 to win the game. Great opening day game.
