Great game boys.

It was a great game played on both sides. Dylan Beanny had a solo home run and Kenny and Nick had doubles for Sciortino, but Carter came up with more hits to stay ahead. Ferguson had a three run home run and Bokesch hit a triple. It was a great win for Carter to end the regular season before playoffs. Good luck in the playoffs to both teams.

Kalra Orthodontics and ECMSI concluded their 2008 ACB season with a bang. ECMSI completed their perfect regular season as they welcomed back Austin to the team. ECMSI was lead by Bryce James going 3-4 with 3 RBI's and a home run. Also, Stone Bender, Kole Klasic, Tommy Drabison, Caleb Bucci and Brock Kimble all went 3-3 with 9 combined RBI's. Danny McCarthy, Brent Fairbanks and Tommy Leskovac (5RBI's) were all 2-3. Stone and Kole teamed up for a 6-3 double play. Kalra was lead by Jack Chepke going 3-3 and 2 RBI's. Also from Kalra, Colgan Knox, Brendan Rozic and Joey Zielinski all went 2-3. Congratulations to both teams on their successful seasons and good luck to both teams in the playoffs.

Watch out outfield, the Damico twins are up.  Anthony had 2 home runs with Andrew having one! Josh Harker had an awesome home run as well.  Both teams played good defense with Dunkin Donuts having a double play.  Great job guys!!

ECMSI and Dunkin Donuts squared off for the third time of the 08 season.  ECMSI got the bats hot right out of the gate and never turned back.  The ECMSI Vipers were lead by Stone Bender(2RBI's,HR), Bryce James and Brock Kimble all going 4-4.  Danny McCarthy(2RBI's) and Kole Klasic also went 3-4.  Tommy Drabison(4RBI's), Tommy Leskovac(2RBI's), Caleb Bucci(3RBI's) and Brent Fairbanks(RBI) all showed great plate poise as well.  Great defense complimented the offensive attack.  From Dunkin Donuts, Tyler Jaros, Josh Harker(RBI, HR) and Brandon Smith were all 2-2.  Haiden Webb made a great catch at 3rd base and Josh Harker made an amazing backhand stop at short stop.  Good job to both teams.

What a great game played by both teams as Sciortino came up with the victory with big hits by Dylan Beany, Kenny Misik, Nick Riley, Cameron Ashley, Duante and Zeigler. The rest of the team played great defense also.  Great job boys!!  I can retire in peace now.

Great game by both teams.   Collin Griffin hit his first home run of the year.   Collin McBride, Dave Durda, and Michael Johns had 4 hits each for Atway & Cochran.

The temperature was scorching but neither team would let that hold them back as both teams battled back and forth.  ECMSI had a 5 run 3rd inning which was the difference in this game.  Leading ECMSI at the plate was Bryce James going 4-4.  Also, Dan McCarthy(2RBI), Stone Bender(2 RBI), Kole Klasic(3 RBI's) and Tommy Lescovak(2 RBI's) were all 3-4.  Bryce James also contributed with a huge out in the 4th with a diving catch at short stop earning him the game ball. Brilex also had it's bats alive with Nick Bianco(4 RBI's) and Emanuel Dawkins both going 3-3.  Also from Brilex, Blake Benyo, Blake Kusky, Matt Papagallo, Anthony Fossesco and Thomas Cappelli were all 2-3.  Good job boys, keep the hits coming.

Atway & Cochran and ECMSI finally got their first game of the season in with only a week left in the season.  You have to love Ohio weather in the spring.  Both teams showed great effort and determination but in the end it was ECMSI bringing home the win.  Leading ECMSI at the plate were Bryce James, Stone Bender(3 RBI's) and Tommy Leskovac(4 RBI's) all going 4-4.  Kole Klasic(3 RBI's) was 3-4.  Tommy Drabison and Brent Fairbanks(RBI) were also 2-3.  Leskovac earned the game ball with his best batting performance this season.  Atway & Cochran was lead by Michael Johns(RBI), Ryan Gavalier and Justin Neff were all 2-2.  Outstanding defensive playes were made by both teams as well.  Good luck to both teams.

Just stats.  From ECMSI, Kole Klasic(2RBI's), Tommy Drabison(2 RBI's) and Caleb Bucci were all 3-3.  Bryce James and Danny McCarthy were 3-4 each with an RBI.  Stone Bender(3 RBI's), Tommy Leskovac(RBI) and Brent Fairbanks were all 2-3.  From 5 Star, Alec Smith and Robby Russo both went 2-2 with an RBI.  Many other 5 Star players contributed hits and RBI's.  Good luck to both teams with the rest of their seasons.

After taking an 8-1 lead in the first, Carter was able to hold Dunkin to just 4 more runs while Carter scored 7 more.  Thanks for the triple Kevin and thanks to Lucas, Matt and Tyler all hitting doubles in the game.  Great ball game!

Home run derby with Kevin Ferguson conducting a batting clinic with three, yes THREE HOME RUNS!!!   Unfortunately for Carter Pluming, Brilex put on some batting dispays themselves with Andrew Siembieda hitting a home run and the entire Brilex squad batting thru the order a couple of times.   Great game played by both teams in the rain.

This was a close battle with both teams hitting well to tie the game in the sixth and send it into extra innings. However the two doubles by Turner and Bokesch paired with the two homeruns by Myers and Ferguson put the game out of reach for Cochran.

Carter took the early lead with Kwik Kut coming back strong in the second with help from Anthony hitting a triple. However, a triple from Ferguson and a pair of doubles from Bokesch and Day help provide enough runs for Carter to take the lead and hold on for a victory.

Great, nip and tuck game. Tied thru four innings, Karla took the lead by two at the top of the sixth only to watch Brilex bat in the winning run in the bottom.

ECMSI and Auditor fought another tough battle but in the end ECMSI came out on top.  Leading ECMSI in batting was Kole Klassic going 4-4 and a triple.  Danny McCarthy(2 RBI's), Tommy Drabison(3 RBI's), Brock Kimble, Brent Fairbank(2 RBI's), Caleb Bucci(3 RBI's) and Robert Malizia(3 RBI's) were all 3-4.  Bryce James went 3-5 with a home run and a triple.  From Auditor Zack P. and Nick R were both 3-3.  Dylan Beany was 2-4 but had a home run and 2 RBI's.  Kenny Misik, Nick B, Samerona, Jared R and Dante B were all 2-3.  Kenny Misik had a monster defensive 5th inning taking out ECMSI's top 3 batters with 2 pop-outs and a great job gunning down another at first.  From ECMSI, Caleb Bucci earned the game ball with his heads up play when stuck in a squeeze play between 2nd and 3rd base.  Good job to both teams and good luck with the rest of the seasons.

Carter Plumbing and ECMSI both recorded 2 very strong innings (1-2 thru the first 2 innings) to start the game but eventually EMSI's bats got hot and Carter could not hold off the charge. ECMSI was lead offensively by Bryce James (3-4, Grand Slam, 4 RBI's), Dan McCarthy (3-3), Stone Bender (3-3 2 RBI's) and Kole Klassic (3-3, Home Run, 3 RBI's). Also, Tommy Drabison, Brock Kimble, Brent Fairbanks, Caleb Bucci and Robert Malizia all went 2-3 with a combined 5 RBI's. Great defensive plays by McCarthy, Bender, Malizia highlighted by the 3-6 double play of Klasic to James. Kole Klasic and Dan McCarthy both garnered game balls for their complete games. From Carter, Rodino and Ferguson showed strong plate presence with some deep shots and Ferguson recording the RBI. Good luck to both teams!

Kalra was led by the GRAND SLAM hit by Chris Brooks and 3 hits apiece by Brooks, Brenden Rozic & Blake Jeffries.  Atway & Cochran was led by the hitting of David Durda, Collin Mcbride & Ethan Cochran.

Both teams had good hits and defensive plays. it  was a hard fought game which came down to the bottom of the 6th for Kwik Kut to take the win.

It was a slugfest saturday morning with Kalra coming out on top.  Hitters with 4 apiece were Brenden Rozic , Tyler Purnell, Joey Zielinski and Jack Chepke for Kalra and AJ and Jordan for Kwik Kut with 4 hits apiece.

Another strong performance by Auditor Mike Scoritino earned them their second victory in a row.  A great catch by Cameron Ashley in the outfield helped derail a rally by Carter Plumbing.  Congratulations by the whole team on another great performance.

This was a much lower scoring game then the 25-10 score in their first encounter but ECMSI pulled this one out in the bottom of the 6th inning. This defensive game was highlighted by 3 shutout innings for each team! Stone Bender was a vacuum cleaner on defense and earned the game ball for his big glove performance. Not to be outdone by the defense, ECMSI's offensive was lead once again by Kole Klasic going 4-4 who had the game winning triple with two men on in the bottom of the sixth. Tommy Drabison was also 3-3 with Danny McCarthy going 3-4. Dunkin Donuts was lead by Vincent DiRenzo and Ethan Paonessa both going 4-4. Josh Harker, Robby Marek and Michael McNally were also 3-4. Dunkin Donuts is well managed and appears to be a team on the rise. Great job to both teams.

A great defensive performance by Auditor Mike Sciortino limited Five Star to 4 runs to claim the victory. A great game was played by both teams.

A very different game from the prior match-up between these two very evenly matched teams.  Brilex took a commanding lead into the 6th inning and almost saw it vanish away to the big hitting skills displayed by Atway & Cochran.  All players contributed in this excellent game!

Great defense played by both squads. Not many hits in this game but Joey Zielinski drove in 2 runs and scord once to lead Kalra to victory.  Dylan Beany was the standout for Misik's squad this night scoring 3 times.

After being down by 6 runs early, The Orangemen bats caught fire plating 10 runs in a dramatic come-from-behind victory. Ethan Paonessa had the game winning RBI scoring Tyler Jaros to secure the win. Josh Harker paced the comeback with 4 hits including a Home run and 5 RBI on the evening. Michael McNally chipped in two RBI. KwikKut was led by Jonathon, Nick and Noah with multiple hits and RBI.

For the 4th time this year, ECMSI was held to no runs in the first but managed to put up the runs in the later innings and secure the win with their strong defensive effort.  Kole Klasic and Brent Fairbanks lead ECMSI in batting both going 4-4 with 4 & 3 RBI's respectively.  Stone Bender, Tommy Drabison and Brock Kimble were also 3-4 with Drabison having 4 RBI's helping him earn the game ball for his best total game of the year.  On defense, ECMSI had 3 straight shutout innings which was the difference in the game.  From Kalra Orthodontics, Blake Jeffries, Colgan Knox and Tyler Purnell were all 3-3 at the plate while Brendan Rozic and Ian Morrison were also 2-3 and 3 combined RBI's. Great game by both teams.

With Atway & Cochran leading into the 3rd inning Brilex came thru by batting thru the order in the 5th to put this one out of reach.  Great hitting by Brilex overcame the strong Atway and Cochran defense.  Great game.

Dunkin Donuts took the early lead in the first inning with great bats by McNally who had a triple and Smith with a double. Carter Plumbing battled back in the second to tie the game. Then Dunkin Donuts came alive in the fourth scoring six runs with Carter Plumbing matching their six in the fifth inning with a lead off home run by Christian Myers. After scoring one run in the sixth Carter Plumbing held Dunkin Donuts to just a single hit in the sixth inning to win the game.

Great game played by all! Out of the gate, Brilex's bats were on fire putting 7 runs on the board. Sciortino came back with three, but Brilex kept adding it on in each inning. Great game boys!

Kwik Kut and ECMSI were able to squeeze this game in under what has already been a very soggy spring baseball season.  Both teams showed poise and determination but in the end ECMSI came out on top 5-16 in four brisk innings.  Hitting for ECMSI was lead by Bryce James (4-4;1 RBI) and Stone Bender (4-4; 3 RBI's).  Tommy Leskovac, Dan McCarthy, Tommy Drabison (2 RBI's), Brent Fairbanks (3 RBI's)and Robert Malizia (1 RBI) were all 3-3 as well.  Cole Kole Klasic as had 4 RBI's.  Tommy Leskovac earned the game ball.  Kwik Kut was lead by Nick going 3-3 with 2 RBI's.  Also from Kwik Kut were Jonethen, A.J. and Noah all going 2-3.  The ECMSI Vipers wish Austin Whitney a speedy recovery and look forward to his smiling presence in the dugout for the next couple of weeks while he is on the mend.  Next week's practice session to cover sliding.....

Good game for both teams.  A lot of hits by both.  Beany and Misik had 4 hits.  Kwik Kut was able to pull out the win.  Belcik and Davies with 4 hits each and Jonathen & Damien Murphy, Stehura, Anthony Damico and Barber with three hits each.  Barber also made an awesome catch on a foul tip as catcher.

An extra inning game led by some great defensive plays by Jack Chepke from Kalra and Nick Bianco from Brilex!  Hitters with 2 apiece were Patrick Grobosky & Colgan Knox for Kalra and Melton & Blake Benyo for Brilex.

ECMSI played another strong game lead by Brent Fairbanks and Kole Klasic both going 4-4 and 3 RBI's each.   Brock Kimble and Robert Malizia both went 3-3 as well.  Bryce James(2 RBI's), Austin Whitney (2 RBI's) and Stone Bender (4 RBI's) all went 3-4.  Austin Whitney earned the game ball showing his grit after a brutal collision at first base - "Leave me in, Coach".  Carter Plumbing found their stride in the second inning but could not hold off the bats from ECMSI.  Both teams played hard and enjoyed some refreshments and smiles after the game.  Good luck to both teams in the rest of the year.

The bats came alive. Collin McBride, Dave Durda, Mario Caggiano and John Johnson all had multiple hits. Michael Johns made a great catch as did "Speedy" Collin McBride. Carter Plumbing started a comeback with six runs in the third. Seth Welch made an outstanding catch on the pitchers mound.

Wind, rain and threats of thunderstorms dominated this game.  Both teams battled back and forth with ECMSI eventually getting the win.  From ECMSI, Caleb Bucci and Brock Kimble both went 3-3 with Kimble earning the game ball with his ever increasing offensive presence at the plate.  Both team played hard in the rough conditions and put this one in the books.  Great job boys.

A great game to watch both teams showed signs of greatness. A see-saw battle took place with Kalra holding off a rally by Kwik Kut with Dylan Miskell saving the game with a catch in left center when bases were loaded.Offensively Chris Brooks, and Tyler Purnell led the winners. Kwik Kut was led by Jordan, Noah & Nick with 3 hits a piece.

This game was a hit fest.  Both teams combined for 40 total runs in a very offensively dominated game.  Save some runs for later in the year fellas!!!  ECMSI played a shut out first inning then the bats came alive for both sides.  5 Star threatened at in the bottom of the 6th inning by adding 7 runs but came up just shy.  From ECMSI, Bryce James, Stone Bender, Kole Klasic and Tommy Drabison all went 5-5 with Brock Kimble going 4-4.  Austin Whitney and Brent Fairbanks were 4-5 with Danny McCarthy and Caleb Bucci getting on base 3 times as well.  Showing they can play defense as well, Bryce James and Stone Bender both recorded unassisted double plays in the 4th and 5th innings respectively.  Awesome heads up plays guys!!  Bryce James earned the game ball for his outstanding defensive play and strong presence at the plate.  From 5 Star Limo, Robby Russo went 4-4 with a home run with Trevor Rice and Noah Gay both going 3-3.  Larenzo Russo, Andrew Pitko, Thomas Pitko, Ryan Dippolito and Michael Ferree all went 3-4 as well.  Great game by both teams.  The next one should be even more interesting to watch.  Get there early and get a front row seat.

Dunkin Donuts held off a 6th inning rally to pick up their first win of the season, 9-6.  Leading the Orangemen at the plate was Josh Harker with three hits, including a double, Michael McNally and Haiden Webb with two hits and two RBI apiece.  The defense held the opponent scoreless through three innings.

Good defense and timely hitting was the difference as Auditor Mike's team posted their first victory of the season. Watch out 7 and 8 year olds, here we come!

Triple play! That's how the second inning ending with a heads up play by Alec Smith going 6-4-3 for the triple play. Defense was incredible with mentions to Robby Russo, Alec Smith and Ryan Dippolito with no errors in 4 innings. Christian Davis had the hot glove in the 6th making 3 straight outs at SS. Offensively Robby Russo lead the charge with 2 homeruns a triple and a double. Larenzo Russo, Andrew and Thomas Pitko and Alec Smith went 4 for 4 at the plate. This was truly a team effort so great job all 5 Star Limo players! Good game Carter Lumber and good luck the rest of your season.
